Our Terms and Condition

General terms and conditions of cultural mediation
(Version 1 / Status: 16 January 2019)

The following general terms and conditions of contract (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) form an integral part of the present contractual relationship between the customer and Inforce Group AG, Stettbachstrasse 6, 8600 Dübendorf [company identification: CHE-142.319.583], which in this case occurs under its trademark “Mandalingua” and is abbreviated to “ML” in the following conditions. The terms and conditions are available on the website: mandalingua.inforcegroup.cyon.site at any time and are enclosed with the written confirmation.

1. Registration and conclusion of contract

The registration can be made both verbally (by phone / in person) as well as in writing (via e-mail or post). A contractual relationship is established with the sending of the written course confirmation by ML. The contractual relationship is personal and can only be transferred to a third party with the consent of ML.

2. Course fee / travel expenses

The course fees are shown on the website and will be confirmed in the written course confirmation. In addition to the course fees published on the website, any travel expenses of the speaker and the organizer to the venue must be remunerated. These will be communicated to the customer in writing as soon as they are known.

3. Payment terms

Payment of compensation must be made within 10 days of invoicing. The date of receipt of payment is noted on the invoice.

The compensation is to be paid in Swiss francs or euros via bank or postal transfer. Payments by credit and debit cards are not possible. Bank and postal charges at the expense of the customer.

Should the compensation not be paid in due time despite the reminder and the setting of a grace period, ML shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without further correspondence and to charge cancellation costs of CHF 100.00 / EUR 90.00. The assertion of damages in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Code of Obligations remains reserved.

4. transfers

The ML endeavors to make any rebooking requests from customers. A claim for a rebooking does not exist. For rebooking, a processing fee of CHF 70.00 / EUR 65.00 will be charged.

5. cancellation

If a customer does not take a booked course, ML must be notified immediately in writing. If the cancellation is received by ML up to 7 days before the start of the event, a 50% refund of the course fee will be charged. If the non-participation declaration is later received by ML, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the course fee. Any travel expenses incurred by the speaker and the organizer as well as other costs such as room rental etc. will be charged additionally. The assertion of further damages in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Code of Obligations remains reserved.

If the course is terminated prematurely by the customer, there is no claim for reimbursement.

6. Liability

ML is solely responsible for a careful selection of speakers and a professional execution of the event. Damages and / or refunds, e.g. as a result of program changes, shifts and delays are excluded.

Insurance against accident is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Compliance with the course rules

In order to create the greatest possible benefit for all customers, it is necessary for customers to follow the course rules. Should customers, despite requests, violate the course rules or endanger other customers, the offending persons may be dismissed from the course without compensation and / or compensation claims.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Only Swiss law is applicable. Jurisdiction is CH-8600 Dübendorf (registered office of the company).

For the sake of readability, the simultaneous use of male and female forms is dispensed with. All persons and function names are valid regardless of the female or male language form for both sexes
