The city of Chengdu
Chengdu is the capital of southwest China’s Sichuan Province and famous for its cute pandas. The city is located in the west of the Sichuan Basin and is the center of the Chengdu Plain. It covers a total area of 12.300 m2 and has about 11 million inhabitants.

Sichuan Province benefits from the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, which dates back to 256 BC. It is considered as the heavenly state and is affectionately called in Chinese “Tian Fu Zhi Guo”, which means “the rich place with the natural resources”. Chengdu is a very productive capital. The Min and Tuo Rivers, two branches of the Yangtze River, which are connected by 40 other rivers; provide an irrigated area of more than 700 km2; which is rich in mineral resources and extremely fertile.

Chengdu is easily accessible by train or plane, and it is the main access point to Tibet. The city bus network and subway lines are constantly evolving, so it is getting more and more convenient to move in the city. Student Visa for your Internship
To get a visa for an internship in China certain documents must be supplied, like the letter of invitation that we will send to you. You will also need the visa application form, which you can download from the website of the Chinese Embassy in your country. On request, we can help you with the process until you receive the visa.

The placement processes

1: First contact
For initial clarifications, contact us either by e-mail or phone. Please, send us your CV in advance for a discreet check of possibilities.

2: Appointment for the first conversation
We are happy to arrange a short interview with you. During the first conversation, we want to discuss with you your goals, intentions and career aspirations. The interview can take place in our office, by phone or via Skype.

3: Sending your documents to China
Having discussed all the points, we will send you your CV – with our notes – to our partner in China. They will then check the entire documents on site and then contact you to discuss possible job offers for interns. This conversation takes place via Skype.

4: CV goes to the company
After the first interview with our partner in China, they will forward your documents to one of the companies. Therefore, we will charge you a small processing fee, which will be deducted from the total amount on a successful mediation of the internship.

5: Completion of the mediation
If you are hired, the contracts will be signed. If you want, we will check that all points are in order.

6: Payment
After signing the contracts, the final payment becomes due, which you can pay within 7 to 10 days.
