A functioning process is essential. It requires care and planning in order to get a good internship in China. The right steps must be taken to successfully find an internship in either Shanghai, Beijing or any other city in China. On this page, we show you which steps you must follow; which documents and formalities you need to provide.
1. First contact
Contact us by e-mail and send us your CV in advance. You can also call us and ask questions or make an appointment for a first consultation.
2. Appointment for the first short interview
After reviewing your CV, we will arrange an appointment with you for the first brief interview, which will be around 20 to 30 minutes. During the first meeting, we want to find out which internship and which city is most suitable for you. We will consider your wishes, look at your career and your objectives for the practicum in China. We also want to give you the initial information about what you need to expect in China and the further steps of the application.
3. Sending your documents to China
Upon your agreement, we will submit all documentation prepared with our information to our local partner in China. Our partner will choose suitable internships for you and then contact you by e-mail to arrange a Skype or telephone conference. The conversation will be mainly about refining your wishes and inform you on the open internship positions.
4. CV goes to the company
Before your dossier goes to the company, a processing fee will be charged, which will then be deducted from the total amount after a successful placement. After talking to you, our partner will forward your CV to the relevant companies. They will also negotiate the internship terms and organize an interview between you and the company.
5. Completion of the processes
After you and the company have agreed on all details, all the necessary documents and contracts will be sent to you. If you wish, you can also send the labour contract to us for a review.
6. Payment
After signing the contracts, you will receive the final invoice to be paid within 7 to 10 days.
